Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish Law.

Return/Cancellations Policy

Subscription

Subscriptions are entered on a full Volume (calendar year) basis only. All subscription prices represent one edition per year. Prices include postage and handling charges. All subscriptions must be paid in advance in Euro. Issues will not be mailed without receipt of payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery of an issue takes approximately two weeks after the issue has been published. Missing issue claims for deliveries must be made no later than 60 days after the last day of the month in which the issue is scheduled to publish.

Return

Returns are only available for damaged or defective publications. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the incorrect book, you can return it for exchange within 14 days of receipt, and we will pay return postage. No return will be accepted after 14 days. The original packing slip must accompany returns. Please make a copy for your records.

The publications should be returned to us by the most economical method, with its original packaging. Please enclose a copy of the delivery note or receipt. We will wait to receive the damaged/incorrectly supplied copy from you before dispatching a new one.

Cancellation

No cancellations will be accepted. Subscription fees are not refundable unless the publication has been cancelled.

If the journal has already been dispatched to you in accordance with your order, please refer to our returns policy.

For Authors

Prepayment is required for all publications. Publication fees are not refundable unless the publication of the paper has been cancelled because of our reason. If the publication of the paper is cancelled because of the author’s own reason, the publication fees are not refundable.
