Proceedings Publication Proposal

Academy Publisher publishes proceedings for conference, symposium, workshop, congress and summit that falls into the scientific and technical arena, in both print and electronic formats. We are interested in proceedings proposals from conference organizers. If you are interested in publishing your conference proceedings with us, please send your proposal to: editorial@academypublisher.com.

The following information should be included as part of the proposal:

· The full title and acronym of the conference, date, location, and the conference website (URL)

· A brief description of the technical issues that the conference addresses

· A brief description of the event, including: number of submitted and accepted papers, and number of attendees. If these numbers are not yet available, please refer to previous events. First time conference, please report the estimated figures

· Media types of the proceedings to produced: in Print, CD-ROM, and/or USB

· Est. number of articles/papers, number of pages, and number of copies in Print, CD-ROM and USB

· Name, contact, position, affiliation, and biography of the Editor(s). Typically, conference organizers are the editors of the Proceedings

· Tentative time-table for the paper submission, review and notification

When submitting a proposal to Academy Publisher, you can expect early contact from us to discuss your proposal with you. Our basic rules for proceedings publication include:

· The conference should have a distinguished technical program committee (TPC) with extensive academic qualifications, ensuring that the conference will maintain high scientific standards.

· All the manuscripts must be peer-reviewed before acceptance, ensuring the high quality of the papers.

· Academy Publisher reserves the right to decline any proposal.

· To ensure the high quality of the publication, authors are required to typeset their paper according to a common template for proceedings (in PDF and MS Word).

· Authors will be required to sign Copyright Transfer Agreement Form.

· Conference organizers are required to deliver all the documents to us in electronic whenever possible.

· All the proceedings will be published under an ISBN number.

· Proceedings will be sent to major indexing systems including EI Compendex, INSPEC, and ISTP for evaluation and possible inclusion.

· There will be some paper processing fees and print fees.

· A proceeding publication agreement will be signed.
