The Model and Simulation of Higher Education Cooperation in Bohai Bay Region Based on Multi-Agent System

Abstract

The higher education relationship of the various distinct in Bohai Bay Region(BBR) is cooperative games. The game is asymmetrical, bounded rational and reduplicate. The best response dynamics game model was built in NetLogo based on Multi-agent system. Simulation results show that the scale difference effect on growth rate has reverse impact on growth speed, and it is more effective than the risk of cooperation; non-cooperative strategy of all agents in the initial conditions will disable the benefits of cooperation, on the contrary, the risk of cooperation will be invalidated. Subsidies and administration interruption can promote the cooperation and accelerate the growth of higher education in BBR.
