Abstract

To find the target group clients and expand the market becomes the bottleneck in corporate customer market expanding,  to understand and monitor the direction and relation of group clients, to get the real requirement of them, becomes an important task for mobile operator. This paper studied the methods for monitoring associations of mobile operating group clients, and created an analyzing structure for monitoring group clients ' relation to get the association among group customers, Provided information for operation departments' marketing strategy making, and conducted diagnosis research.
