Study of Electrocardiograph Based on Improved Algorithm of Natural Gradient ICA

Abstract

Recently, the classical de-noising methods are not ideal in the signal processing practically. It is difficult to meet the desired result in many studies. In this study, a comparative analysis algorithm of Natural Gradient Independent Component Analysis (NGICA) for correction of Electrocardiograph(ECG) signals is carried out by removing noise from various raw ECG data. The algorithm is a method to offset the deficiency of traditional time-domain, frequency domain and wavelet analysis. In the study, different ECG types were sampled from the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database. By using method of NGICA to analyze the ECG signal which chosen from the MIT-BIH database, this paper achieve many results after many experiments. And the results show that method of NGICA has better signal de-noising effect. Whatís more, it can solve many difficult problems which canít avoid in the traditional signal processing. The proposed method is deserved to be an excellent tool in the computer-aided diagnosis system.
