This paper researches the Yun Qi theory of “Huang Di NeiJing Su Wen” with the tool of Pan-Boolean algebra.  By analyzing the Sui Yun’s law in 60 years, the relations between disease symptom and Sui Yun, Weather change and matter change are described by a set of Pan-Boolean algebra equations. The Sui Yun’s mathematic model is set up. By computer simulation with this model, we are easy to know what kind of disease is popular in some conditions. It is important significance in theory and practice for the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
