Distribution Network Optimal Planning based on Improved Partheno-Genetic Algorithm

Nowadays Traditional Genetic Algorithm has already been applied in a good many domains as a kind of nonnumeric vale calculation optimum method. But this algorithm self has deficiencies that “premature convergence”, low ability of local searching, no norms in encoding, and failing to express constraint conditions of problem, which have limited to its application. So Partheno-Genetic Algorithm (PGA) is put forward in this paper on the base of Traditional Genetic Algorithm. And Improved Partheno-Genetic Algorithm is introduced to optimize distribution network optimal planning. The simulation results have indicated that Improved Partheno-genetic Algorithm is validity and feasibility, which also can be used in many practical domains.
