At present, there are so many good project management software in domestic, but only a few of these can manage and analysis the entire six sigma process of project proposal, training, project selection, project implementation and project evaluation. The reason for this is that the diversity and uncertainty of the implementation process lead to difficulties in information and poor practicability. For this problem, this paper put forward a Six Sigma Project Management and Analysis System Model. Verification through the actual subject, the model has great flexibility and practicality, and actualize well in the Six Sigma Project Management and Analysis System software. |
