Attribute Reduction based on Generalized Similarity Relation in Incomplete Decision System

Attribute reduction is one of important problem in study of theory and application of rough set. According to the generalized similarity relation, concepts of distributive consistent set and positive region consistent set are introduced and the relative basis properties are discussed in incomplete decision system. The methods of distributive reduction and positive region reduction are given by discernibility functions. In incomplete decision system, the condition which depicts equivalence between distributive consistent set and positive region consistent set is given. Special examples to illustrate content of discussion in this paper.
