How to guarantee security and reliability of the sensor delivery in the combat space should be primarily judged according to the environmental value of the combat space information security for the collected information; meanwhile, the decision-making should be conducted according to the significance of the combat space target, the emphasis of the goal as well as other parameters. The thesis bases on the information value theory, studying the mechanism for producing the value information and putting forward the illustration framework. Based on this, the producing model of the sensor value information is realized and at the same time the decision-making model of the sensor delivery location choice is presented. |
