The network has played an inestimable role in the process of the dissemination of information during the crisis as a new medium. The spread of crisis information on the state of the network depends largely on the amount of information to be found on the network. This paper used the classical single-cylinder model in probability theory to simulate the process of accumulation of crisis information. Through the MATLAB simulation could found in the dissemination of crisis information there was uncertainty. And Positive and negative information would emerge Matthew in the accumulation process. The government needs to advance to guard against the negative information appears on the Matthew Effect.
