This special issue focuses on electronic services and Applications. In fact, virtual organizations and e-
commerce have become fashionable practices of today's global businesses. In addition, it will also collect
some of the best papers from The IET International Conference on Frontier Computing - Theory,

Notification of acceptance: September 10, 2010
Final manuscript due: October 10, 2010
Tentative publication date: 1st Quarter, 2011
SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
Authors of selected papers will be asked to revise and extend their papers and submit an electronic
version (PDF format) of the full paper via email to jhung@ocu.edu.tw by August 15, 2010. Papers should
be written in English. Paper submissions are accepted only in PDF. Submissions should follow the
guidelines of Journal of Computers, which can be found at: http://www.academypublisher.
com/jcp/forauthors.html.
