Abstract

The designed and fabricated competition go-kart is as per the World Karting Association Standards. The go-kart is powered using a v-twin Hyosung Gt 250 sports-tourer motorcycle engine. This paper outlines the manufacturing process of the chassis, seating, transmission, steering and braking system.
