Design and Sensitivity Analysis of a Formal Test Process Model

Software testing is a quality-assess process for computer applications. Different qualitative and quantitative factors influence the process of testing during the software life cycle phase. In this paper a formal Test Process Model is designed and the change of behavior of the testing process is evaluated on the basis of several qualitative and quantitative influencing factors. The parameters are taken together, modeling is done and the higher order differential equation is solved by Eulerís method. The change of the behavior of testing process is marked by changing individual parameters keeping the others constant.
